Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Window Horizons Corp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Window Horizons Corp provides custom window treatment consultation, sales, and installation services including but not limited to custom shades, blinds, motorized solutions, and Hunter Douglas products.
Consultations and Quotes
- Free in-home consultations are provided for qualified projects
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements and product availability
- Custom orders require a deposit before production begins
Installation Services
- Installation dates are scheduled based on product availability and installer schedules
- Access to the installation site must be provided on the scheduled date
- Building management approval and COI documentation will be coordinated as needed
- Rescheduling may incur additional fees
Payment Terms
- Deposit required for custom orders
- Final payment due upon completion of installation
- We accept cash, credit cards, and checks
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Warranties
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Hunter Douglas products include limited lifetime warranties on most items. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of installation.
Cancellations and Returns
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- Deposits are non-refundable for custom products
- Stock items may be returned within 14 days in original condition
- Restocking fees may apply
Limitation of Liability
Window Horizons Corp is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturer delays, building restrictions, or weather conditions.
